At its last meeting, the Board of Directors of Spektral Bank elected Alex Smith, CEO of Net 1 UEPS Technologies, Inc. (Net1). He replaces Herman Kotzé, who left Net1 at the end of September 2020. Net1 holds a minority stake in Spektral Bank.
Alex Smith replaces Herman Kotzé, a previous member of the Spektral Bank Board of Directors.

Roland Frick (Vice-Chairman), Rolf Jermann and Michael Kramer are continuing on the Board of Directors of Spektral Bank.
